Delivery & Pick Up

What to Expect On Delivery.

Approximate time frames can be obtained after 4:00 pm the day prior to delivery by calling your store location.  Our delivery team will call customers 30 minutes prior to arriving.

In preparation for the delivery of your new merchandise, we ask that you do the following:

  • Make payment of any unpaid cash balances due; convenient bankcard payment can be made over the telephone or at our store.
  • Clear all pathways.
  • Remove existing furniture to be replaced.
  • Remove all breakable items in the delivery path.
  • Protect family pets, as doors will be open during delivery.

For liability reasons, our delivery team is limited in their ability to move existing furniture into other areas of the home.  Additionally, our delivery team may recommend not installing your merchandise, if in their opinion delivery may cause damage to your home or furniture.  If such deliveries are requested, you will be asked to sign a waiver of liability, and any damage incurred will be your responsibility.

Customer Pick-Up

Merchandise must be paid in full prior to pick-up.  Please call in advance to verify availability.  Please bring a vehicle appropriate to your purchase, as well as necessary pads to provide protection.  We will supply plastic and twine but you will be responsible for securing the load.

Brice Road Showroom:

Sunday 12 – 5pm
No pickups on Wednesday or Friday.
Tuttle Showroom:
Monday & Wednesday with customer assistance: 12 – 6pm
Thursday & Saturday: 12 – 6pm
Sunday: 12 – 5
No pickups on Tuesday or Friday

Springdale Showroom:
Saturday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Sunday: 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
